Rhyolite is an igneous, volcanic rock mainly composed of Quartz, Feldspar and Plagioclase. A pale colored stone, usually ranging from gray to pink, its high silica content causes Rhyolite to form very thick, slow moving lava flows when it is ejected from a volcano which leads to it commonly being found as slabs, spheres, nodules and 'blobs' of rock.

Rhyolite is often used in crystal healing to increase feelings of self-worth and enhance your ability to give and receive love. Sometimes called the 'Stone of Rejuvenation', it can be used in spells or meditation to bring increased energy or a more youthful outlook on life.
